Returns & Refund Policy

At Botanica Oni Omi Tutu Ile, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period
    You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible items for a full refund to your original payment method.
    We do not issue store credit for returns.

  2. Condition of Items

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

    • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

    • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

    • Please include pictures and/or videos of the areas so we may be able to properly evaluate the issue.

  3. Right of Withdrawal
    As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

    • To exercise this right, please contact us at oniomitutuile@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

    • Include the following details: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your full name and address.

  4. Return Instructions

    • Step 1: Email us at oniomitutuile@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Include in your email pictures of the item, as it currently is in your possession. 

    • Step 2: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.

    • Step 3: Ship the package to our return address below.

    • Return Shipping Cost:

      • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

  5. Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note, your financial institution may have longer days to process your payment back into your original form of payment.

    • We do not provide refunds in the form of store credit.

    • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

  6. Exceptions / non-returnable items
    • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
    • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
