At Botanica Oni Omi Tutu Ile, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible items for a full refund to your original payment method.
We do not issue store credit for returns. -
Condition of Items

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Please include pictures and/or videos of the areas so we may be able to properly evaluate the issue.

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.-

Step 1: Email us at oniomitutuile@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Include in your email pictures of the item, as it currently is in your possession.

Step 2: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note, your financial institution may have longer days to process your payment back into your original form of payment.
